Problem
You cannot activate the ap-
pliance.
Residual heat indicator does
not come on.
You cannot activate the out-
er ring.
The oven does not heat up.

Steam and condensation
settle on the food and in the

Possible cause
The fuse is blown.
The zone is not hot because
it operated only for a short
time.
The oven is deactivated.
The clock is not set.
The necessary settings are
not set.
The lamp is defective.
There was a power cut.
The plug of the core tem-
perature sensor is not cor-
rectly installed into the sock-
et.
You left the dish in the oven
for too long.
You did not fill the cavity
embossment with water.
The temperature is too low.
There is to much water in the
cavity embossment.

Remedy
Make sure that the fuse is
the cause of the malfunction.
If the fuse is blown again
and again, contact a quali-
fied electrician.
If the zone operated suffi-
ciently long to be hot, speak
to an Authorised Service
Centre.
Activate the inner ring first.
Activate the oven.
Set the clock.
Make sure that the settings
are correct.
Replace the lamp.
Reset the clock.
Put the plug of the core tem-
perature sensor as far as
possible into the socket.
Do not leave the dishes in
the oven for longer than 15 -
20 minutes after the cooking
process ends.
Refer to "Activating the
Steam Bake function".
Set the temperature at least
to 110°C. Refer to "Hints
and Tips" chapter.
Deactivate the oven and
make sure that the appliance
is cold. Wipe the water with
a cloth or sponge. Add the
correct amount of water to
the cavity embossment. Re-
fer to "Activating the Steam
Bake function".
