Finalizing the Installation
Remove the manifold covers.
NOTE: Discard the orifice gaskets and reinstall the manifold covers after changing the orifices
3. Follow the directions below to replace the orifice.

Slide the air shutters to provide access to the orifices.

Remove and discard the gasket on each burner orifice.

Screw each LP orifice until orifice
protrudes 15/16" (23.8mm)
indicating full insertion (use
wrench to support manifold when
re-attaching orifice).

Use a 9/16" wrench to support the

manifold while removing each
orifice with a 1/2" wrench.
1/2" Wrench
Apply thread sealant to the LP orifices
prior to installation. Use the chart below to
identify the correct orifices.
