[General MIDI 2] Use bank select LSB and program change.
* The General MIDI 2 sound map differs from the GS format. The SC-8820 will normally operate in the
GS format, but if a GM2 System On message is received, it will enter General MIDI 2 mode, and will
use the special sound map. In this state, it will not be possible to select the SC-8820's own sounds.
