OPERATION
Never raise the implement entirely while the auger
is turning. If the implement must be raised higher
than 12" from ground level, disengage the tractor
PTO and wait for all implement rotation to come to
a complete stop before proceeding to raise the
implement. If implement is raised to high while the
unit is running there is a possibility of damaging
the driveline.
Stay alert and watch for trees, powerlines, posts,
signs, and all other overhead and ground
obstructions while you are snow blowing. Use
extreme care to avoid hitting these types of
obstructions. The snow blower is operated in deep
snow and can reduce vision while operating.
Serious injury or even death may occur unless
care is taken to insure the safety of the operator,
bystanders, or passersby in the area. Do not snow
blow if there is anyone within 200 feet from the
snow blower.

11.1 Shutting Down the Implement

Tractor and Snow Blower
To shut down the implement, first bring the tractor
to a complete stop. Then slow down the snow
blower by reducing the engine speed before
disengaging the PTO. Wait for all rotating motion
to stop before proceeding to drive or shut down
the tractor.
Park the tractor on a level surface, place the
transmission in park or neutral and apply the
parking brake, lower the attached implement to
the ground, shut down the engine, remove the
key, and wait for all motion to come to a complete
stop before exiting the tractor
