Troubleshooting
1. The 3047-1 (battery pack
undervoltage protection) and
3047-2 (cell undervoltage
protection) alarms do not affect
the running of other battery
packs.
2. Connect to the power grid
and charge batteries in a timely
manner.
3. If the alarm persists after the
battery has been charged for
one hour, contact your dealer or
technical support.
