The detailed description is as follows:
1. If batteries emit smoke or catch fires, notify all household members to evacuate
immediately.
2. After evacuating to a safe outdoor area (20 m away is recommended), call the
fire department immediately. While waiting for the fire rescue, contact the
installer and Huawei technical support.
3. Firefighters arrive at the site and extinguish the fire.
4. After the fire is extinguished, set up a warning sign to isolate the area and spray
water to reduce the battery temperature to the room temperature±10°C. (You can
use an infrared thermometer or thermal imager.)
5. Observe the batteries for 24 hours and ensure that there is no sign of
temperature rise before removing the batteries. (Only professionals are allowed to
remove the batteries.)
6. After removing the batteries, move them to a safe place (an open and safe
outdoor place is recommended), place them in the fire sand box or salt water.
These operations must be performed by professionals who must take insulation
measures, such as wearing insulated gloves, insulated shoes, and personal
protective equipment (PPE).
