D. Wireless Remote Troubleshooting
Trouble
Fob Communication LED (1st LED)
blinks rapidly after start or stop se-
quence button presses.
Fob Communication LED (1st LED)
does not turn on when the button is
pressed.
Failed start sequence, the Fob Run-
ning LED (3rd LED) is red for two sec-
onds and the fob emits one long beep.
Unit unexpectedly shuts off
Unit does not shut off with the stop
sequence

Check that the Engine Control switch is set to Run or Run/Idle
Remove obstructions between fob and unit.
Reduce distance between fob and unit.
Replace both CR2025 coin cell batteries in fob.
Call factory authorized service agent.
Replace both CR2025 coin cell batteries in fob.

Wait 15 seconds after previous remote stop sequence.
Reduce obstructions between fob and unit.
Reduce distance between fob and unit.
Check wireless remote operation section for start sequence (see Section 6-2).
Check that the unit can start with the Engine Control Switch manually. If it does not start manually,
look in the Engine Troubleshooting section.
