Steps
1. Go to Smart Analysis → Smart Search → Face → Search by Picture .
2. Select a channel.
3. Select face pictures for search.
- Click Upload Sample from Local and select face pictures from your local directory.
- Click Upload Sample from Face Picture Database and select face pictures from created face
picture libraries.
4. Set the start time and end time.
5. Set the Similarity value (range: 50 to 100). The device will analyze the similarity between
samples and face pictures in the library, and show pictures of which are higher than the
similarity.
6. Click Start Search. The search result list displays 1 channel.
7. Click Channel to select a channel as your desire. It will display search results for the selected
channel.

Search by Name
You can search face picture by name, if you know the name of the person.
