ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
8. Install fittings into manifold according to Figures 3-24
through 3-26.
9. Install bulkhead plates to the inner and outer wings
with hose clamps (See Figures 3-33 and 3-34.)
Assemble bulkhead tees and 90º swivel adapters
onto each of them.
10. Install fittings into 2-1/2" cylinders. All cylinders will
have a 90º fitting on the bottom side. The outer
cylinders on each side have a 45º fitting in the base
end and the others are a straight adapter.
11. Install hoses per Figures 3-24 through 3-26. Hose
routing to follow Figures 3-31 and 3-32.
12. Install hose clamp brackets as shown at hinge lines
with 1/2-13x1-1/2 round head square neck bolts and
nuts. Assemble hose clamp with 3/8-16 x 1-1/2 bolts
and 3/8 flange lock nuts (See Figure 3-35.)

13. Install other hose clamps as needed to secure
hoses.
NOTE
The outer two reels will need enough slack in the hoses
to go to the end of the stops when folded so allow some
extra hose next to the cylinder.
