Section 3 - Configuration
The device can be configured as a virtual server so that users can access services such as Web or FTP via the public (WAN) IP address of the router.
You can also allow the settings to run on a specified schedule.

Virtual Server

Rule Name:
Displays the name of the rule.
Status:
Indicates whether the rule is enabled or disabled.
Interface:
Show which interface the rule is bound to.
Public IP:
Indicates the public IP of a service to which the filter rule will
apply.
Private IP:
Enter an IP address of the client hosting the server on your LAN.
Public Port:
Indicates the public port(s) that will trigger the rule.
Private Port:
Indicates the port of the client hosting the server on your LAN.
Protocol
Indicates the protocol type that triggers the virtual server rule.
Type:
Time
Indicates the time schedule during which the virtual server rule
Schedule:
is active.
Action:
Click the pencil ( ) icon to edit the filter, click the trash can icon (
) to delete the virtual server rule.
Click Add to add a new Virtual Server, described on the following page.
