    Chapter 2 gives an overview of the router's hardware and software features, describes its appearance and the package contents. Chapter 3 explains how to install the router DWR-956 and configure a PC in order to access its web-based interface. Chapter 4 describes all pages of the web-based interface in detail.

For security reasons, DWR-956 with default settings cannot connect to the Internet. To get started, please set your own password used to access the web-based interface and, if needed, configure other settings recommended by your ISP.

    If you perform initial configuration of the router via Wi-Fi connection, please make sure that you are connected to the wireless network of DWR-956 (see the WLAN name (SSID) on the barcode label on the bottom panel of the device) and click the NEXT button.
