Valve does not open/close or does not
open/close fully
The product is leaking between actuator
and valve body

Troubleshooting
Operate the product with operating pres-
sure specified in datasheet
Use an actuator that is designed for the
operating conditions
Replace seat and flange seals or mount
them correctly (see chapter "Replacing
seals")
Replace the actuator
Connect voltage
Wire cable ends correctly
Correctly set the end positions
Remove and clean the product
Replace actuator/valve body
Tighten bolting between valve body and
actuator
Replace seals
Check installation of valve body in piping
Retighten flange bolting / reseal threads
Replace flange seals
Check installation of valve body in piping
Mount seat and flange seals correctly
(see chapter "Replacing seat seals")
Replace seat and flange seals (see
chapter "Replacing seat seals")
Replace seat and flange seals (see

Check valve body for damage, replace
valve body if necessary
