on : Performs the bit rate restriction by

off : Performs the bit rate restriction by
VBR
* When StreamMode is set to srt-caller or
srt-listener, the value returns to the initial
one.
* When StreamMode is set to srt-caller or
srt-listener, cannot change to VBR.
