A7 Mode
A7 (Addressing) mode is recommended for most platform topologies as it is
expected to yield slightly higher memory bandwidth. The options are Enable
and Disable.

Memory RAS Configuration
Memory RAS Configuration Setup
RAS Mode
Select the mode for memory initialization. For Mirror, writes are sent to
both channels for redundancy. For Lockstep, adjacent channels must be
populated identically. Or this function may be Disabled.
Memory Rank Sparing
Memory rank sparing enhances system performance. The options are
Disable and Enable.
Patrol Scrub
This feature proactively searches the system memory repairing correctable
errors. The options are Disable and Enable.
Patrol Scrub Interval
Select the number of hours (1-24) required to complete a full scrub. A
value of zero designate Auto.
Demand Scrub
Demand Scrubbing allows the CPU to correct memory errors found on a
memory module. When the CPU or I/O issues a demand-read command,
and the read data from memory turns out to be a correctable error, the
error is corrected and sent to the requestor (the original source). Memory is
updated as well. Select Enable to use Demand Scrubbing for ECC memory
correction. The options are Enable and Disable.
Device Tagging
Select Enable to support device tagging of a memory device that generates
stuck-bit or hard errors The options are Disable and Enable.
