3. RECEIVING, INSTALLATION & SETUP
This chapter is for the user when identify parts for assembly of the unit upon receiving. For further
information and concerns about received parts, please contact HK Technologies at

3.1.1 RECEIVING & PRODUCT HANDLING
When receiving please know that all components have been thoroughly inspected and tested
before leaving our factory. Your unit will arrive in supplier packaging wrap, please inspect for
damage upon arrival looking for damage internally or externally from shipping.
1. Cut open box
2. Remove box
Inspect for damage

4. Remove shrink wrap from outside
5. Cut all metal shipping straps
6. Lift unit off shipping lugs and place on floor

3.1.2 DELAYED DELIVERY POLICY

The shipping dates given are approximate, and the company will use its best efforts to meet such
dates. If equipment is requested to be delayed by request of the buyer it may be placed in storage
by the company until the agreed upon time is met for shipping. The company will choose the
shipping method unless the buyer issues specific shipping instructions.
3.1.3 CANCELLATION
An order may be cancelled though with agreements and approval of the office. The buyer may
pay the company reasonable costs for expenses in manufacturing, work in progress, engineering
and cancellation charges.
