6. PARTS REPLACEMENTS AND REPAIRS
Replacement parts can be ordered from HK Technologies. Please help coordinate repairs and re-
placements before shipment by:

Providing as much information as possible
• Providing model number or unit description
•
Helping identify the needs for repair and replacement
•
Listing purchase order number
• Having shipping information
•
Having billing information
•
Carefully packaging the equipment
• Clearly labeling the shipping cartons before shipping

7. RETURNS

Return of equipment is only permitted after authorization and shipping instructions are obtained
by Division of Sales Manager. All costs of handling are for the buyers account and unauthorized
shipments will be rejected.
