9. Reassemble the Unit

5.1.4 SCREEN ELEMENT

The screen attached to the rim with adhesion
may have noticeable damage. Replace if:
•
Tearing appears
• Holes are found through screen
•
Screen is detached from rim
Replace by disassembling the screen from the
unit and contact HK Technologies for shipment
for rescreening.
1. Disconnect Power

Disconnect power
• Remove the band clamps
•
Remove the ultrasonic rim
•
Using the quick disconnect on the
pigtail wire to the ultrasonic power
supply disconnect the line before
rotating and remove the ultrasonic
booster from rim with spanner wrench
•
Remove any gaskets from the ultrasonic
rim
