    WE MAKE SIFTING OPERATIONS 1.1 INTENDED USE OF THE PRODUCT The HKLab Sieve Series is to be used in conjunction with the HK Ultrasonic Power Supply, and Cleveland Vibratory Rotary Vibrators to accomplish a wide variety of vibratory screening tasks of powdered materials.

    WE MAKE SIFTING OPERATIONS BETTER. 4.1.1 ADJUSTING MECHANICAL OPERATIONS If mechanical adjustments are required read the following as it instructs how to set weights of the rotary motors when fine tuning to the ultrasonic pulses. Adjusting weights in the rotary motor control the rate at which the product moves and feeds around the screen.

WE MAKE SIFTING OPERATIONS 4.2.1 FEEDING AND MATERIAL FLOW OPERATIONS The sifter material will be fed into the top of the machine through the inlet hole at the center of the housing when the vibrator is on. This should be done by plastic tube (not included) over the outer diameter allowing material to pour in at a steady rate.
