7. Reassemble the Unit
5.1.3 VIBRATORY ISOLATION MOUNTS
Wear to the vibratory insulated mounts placed under the base assembly maybe noticed. Do not
hesitate to replace them if:
•
Tearing or wear patterns occur
• Decompression of the mounts
•
Tilting or none center of the base plate
•
Surface cracks appear
To replace vibratory insulation mounts:
•
Make sure power is disconnected
• Remove the band clamps
•
Disassemble the top portion of the unit such as the ultrasonic rim and funnel with gas-
kets attached.
• Unscrewing the nuts securing the housing assembly to the rods
•
Remove the housing, this can be done with the rotary motor attached
•
Unscrew rods from the dampeners
• Unscrew dampeners from base plate and remove the old dampeners from assembly
•
Secure the new dampener assembly with lock nuts to the base plate and thread robs
onto the top.
• Reassemble the unit
