The Tele Radio R4-01 uses a BNC connector for an external antenna. The antenna is optional and must be purchased separately. It must be a 50-ohm omni-directional type with a maximum gain of 3.0 dBi. A minimum separation distance of 20 cm between the antenna and persons must be maintained during operation to meet RF exposure requirements.
