The key scan data input port (φK38~φK3F) bits are "1" when the corresponding key is pressed, and "0"
when not pressed.
Note 37: The CPU stop function shuts down the CPU when the supply voltage falls below 1.5 V. The key scan
data immediately after the CPU restarts are undefined. Therefore, use the STOP flip-flop to check that
at least one key scan has completed before loading key scan data into data memory.
