7.1.4 Flush milk system

This section is only visible when the milk unit is activated.
► The milk unit is not automatically detected, see
Hot water (30 ml) is pumped through the milk outlet to rinse it.
This is a quick cleaning procedure that removes the milk from the outlet.
• time: 20 seconds
► The milk flushing function is also activated automatically 10 minutes after dosing a beverage
containing milk.

The milk outlet can be flushed manually:
• press start to confirm or
• press < or > to scroll through the maintenance menu
► This function is only visible if a milk unit has been
activated in the software.
Flushing:
• wait until the process is finished
► Hot water (30 ml) flushes from the outlet into the drip
tray.
► The Sprso automatically returns to the 'beverage
selection screen'.
The screen blinks orange and
black.
