Other problems

In addition to the messages and errors present in the machine, a number of other problems
may occur; these problems are described below.
Problem description
after coffee is
selected, neither

Check the following
• pull the plug out of the socket, wait at
least 10 seconds, plug the plug back in
» if the error persists, contact your dealer
• pull the plug out of the socket, wait at
least 10 seconds, plug the plug back in
» if the error persists, contact your dealer
• fill bean canister
• place the grinder outlet in correct position
• pull the plug out of the socket, wait at
least 10 seconds, plug the plug back in
» if the error persists, contact your dealer
• power supply on the wall socket
• pull the plug out of the socket, wait at
least 10 seconds, plug the plug back in
» if the error persists, contact your dealer
• pull the plug out of the socket, clean the
screen of the Sprso with a damp cloth and
dry with a soft cloth
• pull the plug out of the socket, wait at
least 10 seconds, plug the plug back in
» if the error persists, contact your dealer
• perform the procedure described in
section 7.1.3 on page 25
• in addition manually clean and check all
brewer parts as described in section
on page 16
• refill the reservoir with milk or replace the
milk carton
• place the milk connector and hose in
correct position, see section
page 88
• pull the plug out of the socket, wait at
least 10 seconds, plug the plug back in
