► Follow the original instructions of the purchased milk unit for more information regarding use
and maintenance.
• attach the milk hose
► Make sure that the milk connection is higher than the
milk level in the milk unit to prevent a siphon effect, see
10.5e.
► Make sure the milk hose reaches the bottom of the milk
carton / cooler.
► The total distance from the connector to the hose end
affects the milk foam.

• go to "7.3.1 Milk unit" on page 55, to indicate that a
milk unit is connected to the Sprso
► Do not leave the milk carton / cooler out of the
refrigerator for a long period of time. The warmer the
milk (5°C is perfect), the poorer the quality of foam
produced.
