2. Required Items This Deployment Guide will guide the installer through the process of adding a Savant Pro Remote to a Savant Pro system. It is recommended that the installer read this document in its entirety before beginning the deployment process.

4. Place the Remote into the charging base. The Remote battery will begin to charge once placed in the base. Once sufficiently charged, the remote will power on and display the Savant logo. After a short boot sequence, the Connect to Wi-Fi Network screen is displayed.

Setting DHCP reservation varies from router to router. Refer to the documentation for the router to configure DHCP reservation. Network Changes The Pro Remote requires resetting network credentials after moving to a new network, changing routers, or if the IP Address range is changed in the current router.
The Pro Remotes (REM-1100 and REM-2000) are labeled as an Android Voice Remote and can’t be changed. Connected Remote is connected and communicating with the Savant Host. Savant Host is not communicating with the Remote. This could be due to: – The Remote being switched Off.
