R744
R744 (High pressure side: Max. 140 Bar,
Medium/low pressure side: Max. 80 Bar)
(
) indicates the airtight test pressure.
mark: (Change of standards)
mark: (More thorough, strict observation than conventional)
Con rm that it is an R744 application product.
Measuring instruments, tools (Special to R744)
1. Select proper piping materials, wall thickness.
2. Thorough control of cleaning pipe inside
3. Nitrogen gas ow is a must for brazing.
4. Flashing pipe inside is a must after brazing.
5. Strict use of torque wrench
Con rm that it is an R744 application product.
The product is absolutely incompatible.
1. Airtight test pressure
R744
Medium/low pressure side
Max. 80 Bar × 24 hr
1. Evacuate for 2 to 3 hr.
(Basic is -1 Bar or under.)
2. Use vacuum pump adaptor.
1. Con rmation of refrigerant (bomb) in use
2. Must charge refrigerant in liquid state.
3. Use manifold valve, charge hose special to R744.
4. Use device special to R744 at gas leak test.
