Action:
Check that the fuel quality is within specifications
Check for carbon monoxide in the coolant.
Check the charge air system for leaks, restrictions, or damage.
Check the turbocharger for oil leaks.
Check EGR cooler for internal coolant leaks.
Check that the Exhaust Pressure Governor (EPG) functions properly.
