Marker Settings

This menu is used to configure various markers. The factory defaults differ according to the [Marker Preset] setting
(
50).

Marker 1 to 5
Customizes markers which are assigned to markers 1 to 5.
Off
[Aspect Marker] displays a range in accordance with the specified aspect ratio.
On, Off
Switches the aspect marker On, Off.
Black
Switches the mask color. Mask is the blanking area outside the range of
Half
the marker.
Off
[Black]:
[Half] (50% gray):
[Off]: Turns mask off.
16:9, 15:9, 14:9, 13:9,
Sets the aspect ratio of the aspect marker.
4:3, 2.39:1, 2.35:1,
The aspect ratio can be entered as a numeric value when you select
1.896:1, 1.85:1, 1.66:1,
[Variable] (0.01:1 increments). The grayed out slider becomes active and

can be used to set the aspect ratio.

When [Mask] [Black] or [Half]
Switches lines on mask On, Off.
Thick
Sets the thickness of the aspect marker line.
