Step 7: On the Right Side of the machine, lay a
3 ft. straight edge accross the "Outside Face" of
the "Rear Drive Sprocket" and the "Front Idler".

Step 8: Adjust "Inner" & "Outer" Adjustment
Bolts on right side of the machine, until straight
edge lays flat on both "Outside Faces." (See ad-
justment bolt pictures from steps 4 & 5).
Step 9: Now move to the Left Side of the ma-
chine, and adjust "Inner" & "Outer" Adjustment
Bolts, until straight edge lays flat on both "Outside
Faces."

Step 10: Double check the "Upper Strands" are
still straight, and there are NO GAPS between the
"Front Idlers" and the Rubber Tracks, on both
sides.

Step 11: Tighten the 2 bolts that connect the "cen-
ter idler frame" to the "track expander." Do the
same to both sides of the tractor. (If installed on
your machine.) See picture in the next column.
Right Side
Step 12: Hand thread, then using a cordless im-
pact driver or ratchet with 3/4" socket and 3/4"
wrench, tighten the "Inner & Outer Jamb" nuts
on both sides of the machine. (A total of 4). See
the two pictures below.
Left Side
No Gap
Step 13: From "outside" the Crawler's body,
tighten the five nuts on each Front Axle Plate. Do
the same for both sides of the tractor. See the pic-
ture at the top left of the next page.
