Suggested Action
• A one of occurrence may be
experienced due to EMI or
transients.
• No action required if the unit
resumed normal operation after
reset.
• Repeated occurrences indicate
faulty electronics.
• Replace iPAM400.
• Check mains wiring, mains fuse in
IEC inlet and front panel isolator
switch on specified mainframe.
• If all seems ok, there may be an
internal fault with the unit's power
supply, then replace iPAM400.
• Check DC wiring, rear panel DC
fuse and front panel isolator
switch on specified mainframe.
• Check rear panel AUX fuse on
mainframe.
• Check the ambient temperature in
the equipment room and
investigate amplifier loading and
drive conditions.
• Replace iPAM400.
