CUTTING PROCEDURES

1.
Set t h e m ach i n e b o d y (b ase) o n t h e
m aterial to be cut; use the side on the base
to align the diam ond w heel w ith the cutting
line. (Fig. 5)
2.
Turn the switch ON with the diamond wheel
initially kept off the m aterial to be cut.
The pow er sw itch is turned ON w hen the
trigger is pulled by one's finger, and is
turned OFF w hen the trigger is released. If
the stopper is depressed after the trigger is
pulled, the pow er sw itch becom es locked,
even though the trigger is released, proving
particularly convenient for continuous
operation. When the pow er sw itch is to be
turned OFF, the stopper can be released by
pulling the trigger, and the pow er sw itch is
turned OFF upon releasing the trigger.
CAUTION:
Do NOT use the diamond w heel for cutting along curves or at angles; otherw ise, it
may be damaged, resulting in extremely shortened service life.
Before starting to cut, confirm that the diamond w heel has attained full-speed
revolution.
Should the diamond w heel stop or make an abnormal noise w hile operating, promptly
turn OFF the sw itch.
Alw ays take care in preventing the pow er cord from coming near to the revolving
diamond w heel.
When finished w ith a job, pull out the plug from the pow er receptacle.
