Replacing the Cooling Fan/ 更换风扇 / 更換風扇

There are two easily maintained system cooling fans behind the front plate of the
chassis.
机箱带有 2 个易于维护的系统冷却风扇，分别位于机箱前面板后。
主機殼帶有 2 個易於維護的系統冷卻風扇，分別位於主機殼前面板後。

3.3.1
冷卻風扇
The perfect design of HPC-7000 enables the user to replace the front system fan
easily.
1.
Open the side cover.
2.
Unscrew the 2 knurled screws on the fan bracket. Take out the fan bracket care-
fully.
3.
Unplug fan power connectors.
4.
Remove the four screws on the failed fan unit and take out the fan. (See Figure
3.5)
5.
Fasten a new fan onto the fan bracket.
6.
Plug in fan power connectors.
7.
Return the fan bracket to the chassis and fasten it with two screws.
8.
Close the side cover.

1.
打开侧盖。
2.
松开风扇架的 2 颗手转螺丝，小心将风扇支架取出。
3.
拔下风扇电源转接头。
4.
卸下故障风扇上的 4 个螺丝，并取出风扇 ( 如图 3.5 所示 )
5.
把新风扇固定在风扇支架上。
6.
插上风扇电源转接头。
7.
将风扇支架放回机箱并用原来的 2 颗手转螺丝进行固定。
8.
将侧盖关好。
HPC-7000 的完善設計可讓使用者輕易更換前方系統冷卻風扇。
1.
打開側蓋。
2.
鬆開風扇架的 2 顆手轉螺絲，小心將風扇支架取出。
3.
拔下風扇電源轉接頭。
4.
卸下故障風扇上的 4 個螺絲，並取出風扇 ( 如圖 3.5 所示 )
5.
把新風扇固定在風扇支架上。
6.
插上風扇電源轉接頭。
7.
將風扇支架放回主機殼並用原來的 2 顆手轉螺絲進行固定。
8.
將側蓋關好。
