BEAT counter
The TEMPO register counts melodies. A tempo
frequency is generated after tempo data are
loaded and the TEMPO counter is also enabled.
The tempo determines the beat time period.
When the SRON bit of TEMPO register be clear
as ²0², the ²TMPEN¬0² is automatic occur at
the same time. That is to say, if SRON=0,
TMPEN always equals ²0².
