Lattus A10 Access Node Installation Guide
Installing Centrify DirectControl on the Lattus A10 Node Using Active Directory
Note: Ignore any complaints about not having redundant DNS
controllers, or any complaints about openssh not being
configured correctly.
4 Enter s to install the "Standard Edition".
5 Keep the default to run adcheck unless you are in an environment
where the Windows Domain name does not resolve in DNS. In this
case, enter n and be ready for additional questions later to explicitly
specify the domain controller.
6 Enter your Fully Qualified Active Directory Domain (for example,
domain.company.com).
7 Accept the default to Join an Active Directory domain, and answer
the resultant questions for login and password.
8 Accept the defaults for the computer name and the container DN.
9 Enter _quantum_sfu (or whatever other name you chose above) for
the Zone name.
10 You can select auto detect unless the domain name does not
resolve in DNS, in which case you should specify the hostname of a
Domain Controller.
11 Enter n to reboot.
12 When asked If this information is correct..., enter n to re-edit the
options in order to turn off installing Centrify's OpenSSH package.
13 Accept the defaults for all the "Install" questions, excluding those
for CentrifyDC-openssh, where you enter n.
14 At this point you must respond to many of the same prompts
described previously. Answer these in the same way as before. (The
installation program does not remember your previous responses.)
15 When you see the prompt, If this information is correct... again,
press Enter to complete the installation.
If you receive a message that the install completed successfully, you
can ignore any warnings.
16 Again, if you are in an environment where the domain name does
not resolve in DNS, add the following line to
/etc/centrifydc/centrifydc.conf:
dns.dc.<domain-name>: <domain-controller>
