# ulimit -n 9000
c Restart the StorNext file systems and snpolicyd after making
the changes in DSM_control:
# DSM_control restart
Note: If you only changed snpolicyd.conf, just restart the
snpolicyd process, by running:
# /usr/cvfs/bin/cvadmin -e "stopd snpolicyd"
# /usr/cvfs/bin/cvadmin -e "startd snpolicyd"
7 Configure snpolicy-managed policy:
a From the left panel, click Storage Policies. The Lattus Object
Storage policy panel displays.
b Click New.
c In the Lattus Object Storage area, for the Policy Class, enter
objs_pol1.
d For the File System, select snfs.
e For Lattus Object Storage, select objs1 from the Select Lattus
Object Storage drop-down menu.
f Click Configure... A window with three tabs appears.
g From the Namespace tab, choose the user data container you
created above. For example: NS_DATA1 for Lattus AXR or
is set to 128, change the limit
