As the point is being measured, the position mode icon changes from the moving
icon to the static icon.
**SHIFT QUIT (F6) always terminates the survey operation. In this case all data
collected since pressing OCUPY (F1) is lost.
3.b Surveying the Point
•
Enter the point ID.
•
Enter the antenna height.
For a tripod setup, this will be the
vertical height reading from the
height hook.
•
Press OCUPY (F1) to start measuring
the point.*,**
Press STOP (F1) when enough data
is collected for the point.
Press STORE (F1) to store the point.
Continue to press ESC until the Main
•
Menu screen appears.
