Problem

Possible cause
The boiling point of water is
dependant on the atmospheric
pressure.
The fuse is blown.

Solution
If there is a small flow of
condensed water from the
condensate drain, the unit is
operating correctly.
Note: The heater increases the
temperature of the sample to the boiling
point of water, based on local air pressure
and temperature.
Examine the continuity of the
fuses. Refer to Replace a fuse
on page 25 if blown.
