OUT4 values.
Example: 'setdigout 0010 0 0 5 0' will set OUT3 to high level for 5 seconds, while OUT1,
OUT3 and OUT4 to low level.
Device Ans example: "DOUTS are set to:0010 TMOs are: 0 0 5 0. Out1 Scenario: Enabled
Out2 Scenario: Disabled"

Example: 'setparam 240 internet' will change SIM1 APN with new value"internet"
For ignoring value and leave it as it was before "?" should be used.
