To select the gender and increase the time, distance, calorie, age, weight, and
height equivalent. Set the clock and alarm clock in the clock mode.
To select gender, decreasing time, distance, calorie, age, weight, and height
equivalent. Set the clock and alarm clock in the clock mode.
NOTE: When setting the mode, press the UP and DOWN keys for two seconds
to reset or restore the default value.
Enter Button to set values.
In any mode, hold down RESET for two seconds for system reset.
1. The display is turned on and off.
2. The Bluetooth APP can be used when shutdown.
