    Cybex FT-360S Functional Trainer Owner’s Manual Regular Maintenance Activities Preventative maintenance activities must be performed to maintain normal operation of your equipment. Keeping a log sheet of all maintenance actions will assist you in staying current with all preventative maintenance activities. The preventative maintenance actions are described in detail in Chapter 5.

    Cybex FT-360S Functional Trainer Owner’s Manual Glossary Abduction - movement away from the mid-line of the body. Acceleration - the rate at which an object’s velocity changes with time; that is the change of velocity divided by the time interval.

Anatomical Position - standing erect, with feet and palms facing forward. Anatomical Pulley - a bone or skeletal prominence that alters the direction of the pull of a muscle to increase the muscle’s mechanical advantage.

    Adjustment and Safety The arms on the FT-360S adjust in two planes of motion, offering the unique ability to truly fi ne-tune the path-of-motion. These planes of motion are composed of a “Rotational” pattern and a “Reach” pattern.
