The oil level sensor (OLS) is standard in your
transmission. With the OLS and Allison 5
generation shift selector, you can get a more
accurate electronic fluid level check than with a
dipstick.
Oil level codes are obtained as follows:
1. Park vehicle on a level surface, select «N» (neutral)
on the pushbutton shift selector and apply parking
brake.
2. Wait for at least 2 minutes to allow the oil to settle;
3. Press simultaneously the
(Downshift) arrow buttons once.
