Unpacking
•
Take the device out of its packaging.
•
Check the device for damage in transit.
•
Retain the packing slip for future use.
•
Dispose of packaging in an environmentally-friendly way.
2.3
Mounting
WARNING: Risk of electric shock
Only mount or remove the device when disconnected from the voltage.
2.3.1
DIN rail
•
Use a grounding terminal block to connect a 35 mm EN DIN rail to a protective earth
ground. The module is grounded by snapping it onto the DIN rail.
•
Place the device onto the DIN rail from above.
•
Push the front of the device toward the mounting surface until it audibly snaps into
place.
