Cable length
In general, the minimum wire cross-section of
0.6 sqmm and the maximum cable length of 50m
between two bus participants or between bus
participants and the Behnke IP basic electronics
must be observed for the Behnke IP extension
interface.
Please note: Cable lengths between the
IP basic electronics and the first bus partici-
pant vary. Depending on the basic electronics.
Observe the instructions for the multi-button
electronics.

IYSTY or AYSTY)
Number of bus participants
By default, 6 participants can be connected to
the Behnke IP extension interface. An extension
up to 28 participants is possible under certain
conditions, but please contact our service
hotline.
Error table:
1. Adaptive web frontend does not show the con-
nected extension modules on the start page.
Check the following points:
a. LED status of the bus participant
b. Check the cable length and cable type
between the bus participants and the basic
electronics.
c. Check bus for interruption
2. Adaptive web frontend displays the configu-
ration area.
Calls cannot be triggered.
Check RX / TX connection.
