3.1. Connect 40-0013B-IP to a suitable base electronics (20-0001B-IP/20-0014B-IP/
20-0016B-IP)
1. Connect all bus lines and power supplies
according to the connection examples (see
"Mounting" on page 19).
2. Connect the appropriate SIP basic electronics
to the on-site LAN (described in the enclosed
instructions for the appropriate basic elec-
tronics).
3.2. Expand the existing multi-button extension boards using the new multi-button
extension board
1. Connect the new, additionally installed
multi-button extension board to the bus line
and power supply according to the connection
examples (see "Mounting" on page 19). For
this purpose, disconnect the SIP intercom sta-
tion from the power supply, i.e. from the POE.

3. Appropriate SIP basic electronics starts
according to the enclosed instructions for the
SIP basic electronics.
2. Restart the appropriate SIP intercom station.
The newly installed multi-button extension
board will then be detected.
3. Configure new additional call numbers (see
help regarding SIP intercom station).
