Selecting Settings - Epson Perfection 610 Scanner Scanner Basics

In a few moments, the scanned image is imported into PictureWorks HotShots. You
must close EPSON TWAIN to view the image in the application window.

For Photographs
If you are scanning a photograph or images other than line art or text, you should scan
using the Photo tab. You should also use this tab for pages with both text and photos.
Select from the settings below:

Don't leave documents, especially photographs, on the
document table for long periods of time. They may stick to the
glass or deteriorate from the warmth of the scanner.
