Description
Operate the emergency stop button by hand
to check it works
Investigate regularly for leakage and repair
if required. (Leaks can be recognised and
located only if the machine is regularly
cleaned).
Clean and grease.
(e.g. grease Q NB 50)
Clean and grease.
(e.g. grease Q NB 50)
(Sleeve in front of the motor flange)
Change defective cables and plugs.
Clean and grease.
(e.g. grease Q NB 50)
Remove any unevenness from surfaces
with a whetting stone.
Remove extraneous materials from
clamping jaws and flaring mandrel with
appropriate tools (brush, wire brush). The
flaring mandrel can be cleaned up with an
emery cloth on a lathe.
Clean machine with a brush and cloth.
