To reset the EXP39 expansion module connected to the host phone (Taking the SIP-T28P
IP phone as an example for reference):
1. Press Menu->Settings->Advanced Settings (default password: admin) on the host
phone.
2. Press
the host phone.
The LCD screen of the host phone prompts "Reset to factory setting?".
3. Press the OK soft key on the host phone.
The LCD screen of the host phone prompts "Resetting...Please Wait!".
The LCD screen of the host phone prompts "Welcome Initializing...Please Wait".
The host phone and the EXP39 expansion module will be reset to factory settings
sucessfully after startup.
Note
Reset of the EXP39 expansion module can lead to resetting the host phone. And then all
custom settings on the host phone and the EXP39 expansion module will be overwritten
after resetting.
