- Page 3 Assemble in location for intended use. STEP 1: Place Base (F) onto a level, padded surface with holes oriented to the top. Align slots in L-Brackets (D) with holes in Base then insert Bolt (B) with Flat Washer (A). Fully tighten and secure using Allen Wrench (C).
