To change the members included in a zone:
Go to Operation > Voice Office > Paging.

Locate the zone name that you want to change and click its Edit zone link.

Use the dialog box to remove members from the Members of Zone list and

to add members from the Available Extensions list.
To change the paging permission for an extension, delete and re-add it.
When you have completed changing the zone, click Submit.

To delete a paging zone:
On Operation > Voice Office > Paging, select the checkbox of each

zone that you want to delete, and then click Delete Selected.
