Trouble
User's browser does not display
the Broadcast Server interface
correctly.
Login attempt succeeds but the
home page is not displayed.
Old extensions are in the
distribution list.

Resolution
Use Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher.
Verify that the user's browser allows per-session
cookies. Broadcast Server requires this setting in order to
track a user's session.
Use the Broadcast Server administration interface to
remove unused extensions.
